I've been writing about PCs, programs and web sites for
more than 25 years. I remember the first 'proper' word
processor I ever used (Volkswriter, since you ask) as much
as the last one (Bean for OSX) and I enjoy writing about
and using computers as much as I ever did.
But I'm not a techie. Rather I take the experience of using
those thousands of programs, PCs and web sites and put it
to work for you. My testing service isn't just about
usability, technical implementation or whether it's buggier
than a very large buggy thing - instead, I'll produce a
level-headed assessment that includes the design,
documentation and functionality that tells you how it's
likely to go down with its intended audience.
This testing can catch potential problems and highlight
inconsistencies at any point in a product's development
cycle - whether it's early on at the conceptual stage or
late in the day, just before launch. If you'd like to know
more about how the whole process works, use the Contacts
page to get in touch.
